Project made in ceramics 2

Here is another project I made in ceramics 2. It was a long process. First it started as a clay mold, then we split it with small metal can pieces, next we put plaster on one side, after we panted it with some glossy pain (not sure what it was), then we painted the edge with Murphy soap, next we plastered the other side, we then chiseled away at the plaster and split it in half and took out the mold clay, we then re plastered it with a string warped around it for security, then came the resin we poured in it, after it dyed we broke the plaster and took out the resin piece you now see above, last we shaved the excess resin and glossed it up for perfection. The base was made with plaster and painted with gold metallic pain. Thank you for viewing. Hope you enjoy.
